Founder
Kathy Rule
After years of dedicated study in the healing arts, Kathy founded Inner Balance in Palo Alto, CA. in 2005. She introduced hypnotherapy for stress management to leading Silicon Valley tech companies and specialized in restorative yoga classes throughout the Bay Area. Kathy facilitated Yoga4Healing classes and Healing Touch therapies at Stanford Hospital & Clinics and other cancer care facilities, supporting individuals on their journey to wellness.
Kathy is a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner (CHTP) through Healing Beyond Borders, a nonprofit organization endorsed by the American Holistic Nurses Association. She also served as a volunteer with Stanford's Cancer Supportive Care Program (CSCP) Healing Partners, offering Healing Touch sessions to women undergoing breast cancer treatment.
Kathy relocated to Florida in 2014, where she continued to deepen her integrative approach to wellness with certifications in the Cloudwalker Mind Body Healing System for qigong movement and Medical Qigong DMQ through 3 Treasures Healing in Miami. Kathy is an Usui/Holy Fire®III Reiki Master and an affiliate member of The International Center for Reiki Training,.
Today, Kathy is the founder of Project Reiki, an educational and healing community dedicated to making Reiki accessible to everyone. Her mission is to empower people to reconnect with their inner wisdom, cultivate self-healing, and create lasting transformation. Kathy believes that when one person heals, the positive effects extend outward—strengthening families, communities, and ultimately contributing to a more compassionate and peaceful world.
As Community and Wellness Coordinator at Project Reiki, Zoe creates spaces where authenticity, healing, and transformation are supported and celebrated. She is pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management and brings a unique blend of strategic insight and soulful presence to her work in community care.
With a background in integrative life coaching, energy healing, and somatic practices, Zoe is passionate about fostering meaningful connections and guiding conversations that empower individuals to reconnect with their inner wisdom and live in alignment with their truth.
Her training includes a Diploma in Integrative Healing Arts (780 hours), a Certificate of Excellence in Intuitive Coaching (over 100 hours), and a Modern Spirituality Celebrant Certificate (200 hours of theory and practice). She is also certified as an End-of-Life Doula, having completed 100 hours of academic and practical training. All programs were completed through the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, accredited by the Accrediting Council for Continuing Education and Training (ACCET), with her most recent certification completed on June 16, 2024.
In addition, Zoe completed the Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Master certification through Project Reiki and is an affiliate member of The International Center for Reiki Training. Through her work, Zoe helps shape Project Reiki into a community rooted in connection, self-empowerment, and holistic transformation

Deb’s journey is a remarkable blend of personal transformation and professional expertise, rooted in her deep commitment to healing and connection. As an affiliate member of The International Center for Reiki Training,,. Deb is a Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Master and ICRT Animal Reiki Master.. She has passionately dedicated her practice to enhancing the well-being of people and their pets.
Deb’s discovery of Reiki marked a significant turning point in her life. Drawn to its simplicity and profound effectiveness, she embraced this holistic approach to healing during a crucial life transition. This experience ignited a heartfelt mission to share the transformative benefits of Reiki with others, providing both physical and emotional support.
With over 25 years as an international recruiter, Deb’s ability to build deep connections across cultures enriches her healing practice. Her diverse experiences enhance her intuitive readings and energy work, empowering clients to find balance and transformation. Inspired by her own Reiki journey, she finds fulfillment in guiding others toward wellness, offering tools for harmony and well-being—for both them and their beloved pets.
In addition to her Reiki practice, Deb offers channeled Oracle Readings that meld her intuitive insights with her continuous pursuit of knowledge and mindfulness. Her readings provide guidance and empowerment, helping individuals navigate life’s challenges while fostering a deeper connection to their inner selves.

Beth Henshaw
Beth's highest calling is to assist in the discovery of your Soul's Blueprint. She began doing chart readings for family and friends over a decade ago and she is well versed in many forms of energy healing. She sees her mission as assisting others through transformative change, with compassion.
Beth experienced a satisfying professional career for over 30 years. She raised her family and is now a grandmother. After a profound transformative experience, three years ago, she was guided to take classes in western/traditional astrology, mediumship and chakra balancing.
In addition, Beth is now a certified Akashic Record Reader, a certified Animal Communicator and a certified Crystal Reiki practitioner. Beth is also certified in Holy Fire Reiki I & II, through Project Reiki. The entire process has been life changing and beautiful.
Beth combines grounded professionalism with enthusiastic curiosity. Her goal is to assist and help guide others on their spiritual journey.
